Shriners Children’s is here to help. Our health care system offers care for a wide range of pediatric specialties.

Once you determine which location will best serve your needs, simply call the appropriate intake number to request an appointment. All appointments are prioritized on the basis of medical need. If an intake representative is not immediately available, please leave your name and contact information and an intake representative will contact you within two business days.

Please note that although Shriners Children’s does not require a physician referral, some insurance companies may. Additionally, some insurers may have specific requirements for certain types of medical care.

Also, while referrals and assistance from Shriners is welcome and greatly appreciated, it is not necessary to have a connection with a fraternity member to receive care – all decisions are based on the child’s medical need and our ability to provide effective assistance.

Physician referrals

Physicians and other health care professionals are welcome to call the Shriners Children’s location nearest them to begin the referral process, ask questions about the services we provide, or to speak to one of our practitioners.

Our dedicated referral coordinators will work with you to ensure that your patient is connected with the right medical team for their unique needs. Any child under 18 is eligible for care if the child’s condition is within the scope of services provided.

Most major insurance providers are accepted; however, insurance coverage is not required for care. Shriners Children’s is pleased to provide care without regard to a family’s ability to pay or insurance status.
